Overpopulation and resource shortages are becoming increasingly important challenges to our global agenda. Cities rapidly evolving, expanding in size density while confronting major such as migration, deteriorating healthcare, transportation issues. Studying Egypt's overall urban development tendencies, well the continuously growing population Greater Cairo, it becomes clear that developing new communities accommodate this increase is a requirement. The goal of any city pursuing evolution solve its issues improve quality life services for residents, which ties into "smart city," maximizes use technology satisfy current future needs. This paper discusses strategy transforming old Cairo capital administrative (NAC), intended be smart city. It also dimensions, performance evaluation criteria, technologies implementing applications various sectors, all contribute city's continued development.
